We're partnering with a highly regarded contractor in Brisbane seeking an experienced and driven Leader to lead the delivery of subdivision, road, and infrastructure works across South East Queensland.

About the Role
As the Civil Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across urban development and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll lead a capable team, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and councils, and drive construction programs forward with efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from pre-start to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
• Liaise with clients, consultants, councils, and service authorities
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality systems
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and financial performance
• Drive team culture, mentorship, and continuous improvement on site

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering urban development/subdivision projects
• Background in road construction, earthworks, drainage, and infrastructure
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role (or Senior PE ready to step up)
• Strong commercial and contract administration skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
