Are you ready to lead bold marketing campaigns across hospitality, sport, and recreation? Join Sporties Barooga—home to a diverse group of venues including Cobram Barooga Golf Club, Bullanginya Dreaming, The Beach Cobram, and more.

We’re on the lookout for a creative and strategic Marketing Coordinator to drive growth, strengthen our brand presence, and engage our communities. You’ll work closely with our Communications Coordinator and report directly to the CEO.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies

Manage social media accounts and create compelling content

Coordinate digital and traditional advertising campaigns

Maintain websites and boost SEO performance

Promote club events and handle in-venue marketing

Engage with members, sponsors, and the local community

Analyse campaign performance and report on KPIs

🎯 About You

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Strong content creation and social media management skills

Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and analytics

Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management abilities

Proficient in design tools and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)

Bonus if you have photography skills or experience in hospitality/sports clubs
