We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of our marketing strategy across multiple channels.
About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life. You’ll work across a range of marketing activities — from trade shows and social media to lead generation and content creation. You’ll work with our customers, assist with CRM campaigns, coordinate product launches, and ensure our brand is consistently represented. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination: Organise and execute marketing activities including trade shows, live events, product launches, and training sessions.
Content Management: Coordinate photo and video content creation, and support the production of customer training materials.
Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage organic social media, work with agencies on design and scheduling, and assist in digital content scheduling.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and look across all platforms.
Data & Reporting: Assist with marketing reporting, campaign performance tracking, and basic data analysis to help optimise marketing efforts.
CRM & Automation Support: Help the Senior Marketing Coordinator with CRM tasks and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and engage customers.
Merchandise & Collateral: Source branded merchandise and assist in creating simple graphic design materials using Canva.
Sales & Customer Experience Support: Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and engagement.
What You’ll Bring
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Basic understanding of CRM and marketing automation is a bonus but not essential.
Confidence in using Canva or similar basic design tools.
A passion for helping people and contributing to a purpose-driven company.
