As the Digital Content and Engagement Officer, you'll enable meaningful community participation in government decision-making. In this role, you'll support South Australian Government agencies to design, deliver and promote effective online engagement through the YourSAy website, newsletters and social media.
You'll collaborate with teams across government to create compelling content, moderate respectful online conversations, manage email campaigns and provide advice on best-practice engagement. Your work will support transparent and accountable processes that help build trust and deliver better outcomes for the South Australian community.
Special Conditions
The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
This role requires a National Criminal History check.
Some work outside normal hours.
A current driver's licence.
May be required to work within other areas of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, other government agencies and interstate jurisdictions.
Work within a confidential, commercially orientated and at times politically sensitive environment.
