Your new Role:
Ready to be part of something special? We are seeking a Health Information Manager to join our Health Information Management Services team. You will be managing documentation, coding, SNAP data, and analytics, this role enables accurate reporting and informed decision-making across the Bayside Health Service. The role will include collobarting with Clinical Coding Coordinators and with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring data and reporting practices align with QHAPDC requirements and use will use your advanced computer skills particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI to analyse and present and report on complex data.

- Strong commitment to data quality and continuous improvement, with experience in monitoring, auditing, and enhancing health information practices to support accurate and complete data capture.
- Ability to apply strategic thinking and innovation to solve complex problems, improve workflows, and contribute to service delivery and performance targets.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and apply insights to inform decision-making and drive service improvement.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, translate technical information, and support clinical and non-clinical stakeholder
