Digital Learning Specialist

Position Details

  • Permanent Part Time (0.8FTE) Position
  • Classification: SCHADS Level 5 with a salary range of: $100,875 - $105,439; per annum pro rata + Superannuation
  • Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year
  • Location: Head Office, Preston VIC 3072, however remote or hybrid working arrangements will be considered

About your new role

The Digital Learning Specialist (DLS) plays a crucial role in enhancing educational experiences through the development and implementation of innovative digital learning strategies. Reporting through the Senior Manager of Learning & Development, the DLS works closely with Learning & Development Leadership Team and the Instructional Designer to support the identification of the learning needs of the Neami workforce.

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven experience in digital learning specialist role
  • Experience in providing professional and specialist technical support to aid online training development and planning
  • Proven ability to communicate with external vendors to deliver application system capability as required
  • Proven experience in the provision of technical advice and assistance to internal and external stakeholders on hosting online learning resources including content design and format, technical considerations and development of assessment and evaluation tools
  • Proven experience in building content in Moodle and high level of expertise in managing this learning platform (including in building the capacity others to navigate this system)
