Based in South East Melbourne, this automotive business has experienced stable growth over the past few decades. As part of their continuous scaling plans, they are after a passionate learning specialist to join their team. This will be a permanent ongoing role, paying up to $100k + super.

Your new role

As a learning consultant, you will be a learning & development generalist working on the end-to-end development of the learning framework for the organisation. This involves training needs analysis, designing, implementation, facilitation and continuous improvement of various modules. You will work as an individual contributor, with support from an administrator in the management of the LMS. Stakeholder management will also be a key part of the role, helping to identify major gaps and advising business leaders on best practices as they pursue a new growth direction.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience as an L&D specialist
• Stakeholder management & communication skills
• To be proactive and accountable in your deliverables and development
