ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who’s commercially minded, organised, and advanced in using AI platforms well beyond just ChatGPT. You’ll own campaign execution, our CRM (ActiveCampaign), and sales-driven marketing initiatives, making sure these areas run smoothly, deliver results, and drive growth.

This is a hands-on, proactive role where you’ll take national campaigns from concept to rollout, support the sales team with marketing activities, and lead our customer lifecycle marketing. You’ll also help franchise partners execute campaigns locally, ensuring alignment and impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and communication, ensuring national campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with strong follow-through across in-venue, EDMs, sponsorships and local activations.

Own our CRM platform (ActiveCampaign) — building, scheduling and reporting on customer campaigns to drive engagement and loyalty across our venues.

Support the sales department’s marketing initiatives, creating targeted campaigns and materials that directly drive franchise sales and business opportunities.

Provide tools and guidance to franchise partners, helping them execute national campaigns and CRM activities effectively at a local level.

Analyse and report on campaign and CRM performance, using insights to make data-driven recommendations that improve future marketing efforts.

Confidently leverage your advanced understanding and use of AI platforms to enhance how campaigns are planned, created, delivered and optimised. We’re looking for someone who actively uses AI to push marketing forward, not just experiment casually.

Work closely with our PR consultant on franchise-focused campaigns, activations and sponsorships.

Collaborate daily with our Digital Specialist (Digital & Communications) and report directly to the Head of Brand & Marketing to ensure all marketing aligns with our broader brand strategy.

Who We’re Looking For

A campaign expert who loves taking a plan from concept to rollout and seeing real results.

Highly AI-literate — you’re already using advanced AI platforms to make marketing sharper, faster and more strategic, and are keen to keep pushing that edge.

Skilled with CRM systems (preferably ActiveCampaign) — you understand how to segment, automate, track and report effectively.

Someone who brings a commercial mindset, always thinking about how campaigns, CRM and local marketing drive new franchise sales and venue performance.

A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with franchise partners, sales teams, agencies and suppliers.

Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented — you keep multiple projects on track with ease.

Experience in multi-site, franchise or hospitality marketing is a bonus, as is a natural passion for sports, entertainment or lifestyle brands.

Local Area Marketing (LAM) Execution – Supporting franchisees in developing and executing venue-level marketing plans that align with national strategies.

Campaign Management – Executing national and local campaigns across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.

Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitoring key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and franchisee engagement, using data to refine strategies.

Training & Education – Providing hands-on guidance to franchisees on marketing best practices, digital advertising, and local promotions.

Advertising & Digital Strategy – Supporting in ad campaigns, audience targeting, and improving paid media performance.

Collaboration with National Marketing – Working alongside the Communications & Digital Specialist to align local efforts with broader digital and brand strategies.
