As a Senior Site Manager, you'll take full ownership of commercial fit out projects ranging from $5M to $20M, with a focus on leading larger-scale builds ($15M+). You'll be responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll lead a team of site staff and subcontractors, driving performance, safety, and quality across every stage of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end site operations on complex commercial fit outs
• Lead and mentor site teams to ensure high performance and accountability
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to meet key milestones
• Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company safety protocols
• Oversee subcontractor performance and resolve on-site challenges
• Drive project timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on commercial fit out projects with good tenure
• Demonstrated success delivering projects valued at $15M or more
• Strong knowledge of Sydney's construction environment, particularly CBD logistics
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead high-performing teams
• Trade background or relevant construction qualifications highly regarded
