IT Service Delivery Manager – $180K + Super – Permanent – Sydney
This is a unique opportunity to join a multi-site healthcare client and play a foundational role in defining and building out their Service Delivery capability.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to lead IT service delivery across the organisation—ensuring technology operations are robust, efficient, and aligned to business goals. You’ll be responsible for establishing best-practice processes, uplifting service levels, and navigating a complex and evolving environment.
This is a pivotal hire with significant scope to shape the role and function.
Key Responsibilities

• Establish and mature the service delivery function across all technology domains.
• Own the development and implementation of ITIL-aligned processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Lead the coordination and successful delivery of IT services across multiple sites.
• Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless service transition.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of high performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Oversee vendor and third-party service provider relationships.
• Track and report on service metrics and performance KPIs.
• Contribute to IT strategy, roadmap planning, and operational governance.

About You

• Proven experience in a Service Delivery or IT Operations leadership role.
• Track record of building or maturing service delivery functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly adaptable, with resilience to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment.
• Experience delivering IT services across complex or multi-site organisations.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to interstate sites.
