Rec4Tech are partnering with a highly respected not-for-profit organisation in the inner suburbs of Sydney that’s committed to advocating for the rights and wellbeing of older Australians. This is more than just a job it’s a chance to use your IT and data skills to help shape better services and outcomes across the aged care sector.

As the IT and Data Analyst, you’ll be the go-to for both day-to-day IT support and ongoing data analysis/reporting that feeds directly into national strategies and advocacy. You’ll work closely with the Manager of Data and Technology to ensure the organisation’s systems, reporting and data integrity remain sharp, secure, and insightful.

Your Impact Will Include...

• Providing IT troubleshooting and managing hardware logistics and onboarding/offboarding
• Maintaining accurate asset registers and coordinating with the Managed Service Provider
• Supporting cyber security strategy and system updates
• Managing data collection, performing quality checks, and building Power BI dashboards
• Supporting national KPI reporting and insights across aged care programs
• Championing data governance, documentation, and improving reporting standards
• Collaborating with national network partners, vendors and internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring…

• Relevant qualifications with 3+ years’ experience or 5+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong experience in data analysis, Power BI (inc. DAX), and SQL or other query languages
• A naturally curious, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Azure and DevOps (or similar cloud environments)
• Solid IT support skills and a knack for explaining technical info in human terms
• Experience with Salesforce or in a not-for-profit/advocacy setting is a bonus
