We’re looking for a Data Analyst will work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and leadership teams to uncover insights and support the continuous improvement of our platform and services.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

Design and deliver analytical reports, dashboards, and models that uncover insights and support business growth.

Analyse customer behaviour, product usage, and operational performance using internal and third-party data.

Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and leadership teams to align data initiatives with business priorities.

Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics frameworks, standards, and processes.

Support development and rollout of data products or features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

🧠 What You Bring:

Strong in SQL and experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R).

Experience building data visualisations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.

Understanding of core statistical concepts and how to apply them in business settings.

Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in a tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environment preferred.

Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Braze, Segment, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
