Role Overview

The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for bridging two critical streams-data engineering and data analysis-to create a cohesive and effective analytics capability. The successful candidate will not be expected to perform hands-on technical tasks but must possess enough technical fluency to guide teams, recommend improvements, and influence strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and align data engineering and analytics teams under a unified strategy.
• Provide strategic oversight across the Azure Analytics stack and Databricks.
• Recommend and implement improvements based on industry best practices.
• Deliver insights that drive business decisions and innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure analytics solutions meet business needs.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analytics Manager, ideally with a consulting background.
• Strong understanding of Azure Analytics stack and Databricks.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their business applications.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver results within budget constraints.
• Technically fluent, with the ability to guide and influence without being hands-on.
