Based in Dee Why on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we’re a well-established bookkeeping firm supporting a wide range of small and medium-sized businesses. We provide full-service bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting — all powered by great people and industry-leading systems.

We currently have 2 positions available for a Bookkeeper with practice experience to join our team. You'll play a key role managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing junior staff, and helping shape how we operate as we continue to grow.

THE ROLE

End-to-end bookkeeping for multiple small business clients

Client Debtor and Creditor management

Management Reporting

Manage prepayment and accrual schedules

Balance Sheet Reconciliation

Payroll/Employee Management

Client communication and relationship management

BAS & IAS preparation and lodgment

Contributing to process improvement and internal documentation

Reporting directly to the Managing Director

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 2 years of Xero experience (non-negotiable)

Proven practice experience in a bookkeeping or accounting firm

Accounting Adv Dip or Degree Qualified

Payroll experience (Deputy highly regarded)

Clear communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Strong problem-solving skills and initiative

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and team-oriented

Eager to learn and grow with modern tech systems

Comfortable working full-time in our Dee Why office (no WFH)
