The ideal candidate will support the Venue Manager by overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and guiding a team in a fast-paced, premium dining environment. This role requires a passion for hospitality, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a positive and productive workplace. The shifts and quantity of hours for this role are flexible, however regular weekend availability is required.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a bar supervisor or bar management role within a premium restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue.
  • Leadership: Strong team leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure, resolve issues quickly, and make sound decisions.
  • Creativity: Experience in creating unique cocktail and bar menus
  • Certifications: Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification for Queensland.
