Easts is an iconic Brisbane sports club, offering 300 gaming machines and multiple food and beverage offerings including a sports bar, cafe and restaurant.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic leader experienced in beverage and gaming supervision and the delivery of premium service. This position would suit an experienced individual looking to build on their previous supervisory roles and who is ready to take the next step in their career in hospitality.

The Role:

• Hands-on management of multiple-outlets including Gaming, Food & Beverage;
• Leading, managing and driving staff performance;
• Inspiring a strong customer service culture through leadership;
• Managing multiple operational priorities;
• Negotiating mutually beneficial conflict resolutions; and
• Managing patron care issues including, RSA, RSG, safety & club security (in conjunction with security personnel).

Do you tick all the boxes?

• Similar experience across a high paced, multi-outlet venue;
• Demonstrated experience in leading successful teams;
• A passion for hospitality, and a energetic approach to service;
• Current RSA, RSG, RMLV (compulsory);
• Approved Manager Licence (or willing to obtain);
• Police check within the last 2 years (or willing to obtain); and
• Availability to work a rotation of days/nights/weekends (4 day per week roster).
