An experienced Hotel Motel Duty Manager who has knowledge working in Bar, Bistro, Gaming and Functions. Eagle Heights Hotel is located on Tamborine Mountain (20minute drive from Coomera). The Family operated business offers Guests an amazing view of the Gold Coast from the beer garden and motel rooms. In this role you will be expected to manage a team, attend to guests, share your knowledge of hospitality, place stock orders, keep time records, abide by Liquor license regulations.
Must have a current RMLV, RSA and RSG. Food safety supervisor, First Aide.
A diploma or degree in Hospitality or Business or Tourism an advantage.
