Are you a passionate and experienced hospitality professional looking for an exciting leadership role? Our beachside cafe is on the hunt for a dedicated and energetic Manager to oversee and our day and evening trade.

We have recently launched Little Mali Taqueria evenings from Thursday to Sunday—bringing bold flavours and a lively atmosphere to our seaside spot.

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily cafe operations, ensuring top-tier customer service

Managing stock, ordering fresh ingredients, and maintaining quality standards

Leading and motivating a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment

Helping launch and grow our Mexican taqueria evenings

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming space

Handling scheduling, budgeting, and general business management

Work with the owners to implement new ideas & strategies

What We're Looking For:

Proven hospitality experience in a similar role

Minimum 3 years of café management experience, including staff supervision

Passion for fresh, high-quality food and great customer experiences

Ability to lead a team and create a positive work environment

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Experience with inventory management and ordering

Creativity and enthusiasm for growing new concepts

A can-do attitude

Current Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days

Current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required
