So, why not join our team our Complaints Department is seeking an experienced All-Rounder Administration Officer. Our Ideal candidate needs to be a highly driven team member and needs to provide a high level of support service in all areas but not limited to:

The role:
This role provides significant support to EWF and the business services team.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing day-to-day Customer Service communications with customers in-person, over the phone and via email by providing excellent communication skills and telephone manners

• Liaising with Sales Consultants, Installers, Orders Department and Suppliers to discuss matters and work towards solutions

• Processing Warranty claims for customer’s
• Reporting to the Customer Service & Office Manager
• Managing the Customer Service tracking to monitor and make sure all cases are resolved in a timely manner
• Assessing Customer Service cases and effectively managing the resolutions within a timely manner
• Processing and initiating service requests for warranty claims
• Assisting with the answering of inbound calls, fielding and transferring calls to other departments are required
•Provide high level of secretarial, customer service skills, data entry and other administrative skill and support to the team
• Maintenance of all customer and client records
• Provide correspondence to all enquiries and queries
• Provide strong emphasis on managing incoming leads and arranging the sales reps daily run while taking care of customer service
• Arranging client appointments and booking in client work
• Cross checking notices of assessment within EWF
• Perform general reporting obligation
• To provide a help desk service for all staff with queries/issues and to also provide this service to Clients

• Strong Customer Service and Administration experience and skills
• Conflict resolution and the ability to solve problems

• Ability to stay on task and manage multiple cases/tasks at once
• Proficient administrative and computer skills
• Highly positive with “can-do” attitude
• Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a busy and collaborative work environment
• Strong General Administration / Customer Services skills and experience
