Thomson Environmental Systems seeks an experienced and motivated Customer Service Support Administrator to join our high-performance staff full-time, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, with the primary purpose of supporting the Field and Service department ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key duties & responsibilities:
F&S Scheduling & Customer Satisfaction
Scheduling and Dispatching: Administer service orders for field technicians, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of resources.
Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on service requests.
Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the progress of field operations, maintaining accurate records of service activities, and keeping all stakeholders informed.
Logistics Administration: Managing logistics such as transportation and on-site coordination to optimize service delivery.
Secondary accountabilities would include:
Cost Estimation: Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to develop accurate cost estimates for new projects.
Proposal Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of detailed proposals and quotes for potential clients.
Experience & qualifications:
Minimum 2 years in a previous customer service/high level administration position
Experience with service dispatching or field operations is highly beneficial
Experience in the industrial field, particularly relating to either mining, resource, utilities, manufacturing or construction, is highly regarded
Demonstrated customer service experience
Strong skills in Field & Service ERP/CRM software – Odoo experience desirable but not essential
Strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently at all levels
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload
Ability to work independently and as a team
Key attributes:
Hands on experience with Field & Service ERP/CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with a high level of dedication
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
High level of emotional intelligence with active listening skills
