Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing customer interactions, overseeing after-sales support, coordinating with tradespeople, preparing quotes and invoices, and facilitating subcontractor engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Complaint Resolution
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on customer feedback.
After-Sales Support & Coordination
Coordinate post-sale services, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion.
Liaise with customers to schedule follow-up appointments and services.
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction post-interaction.
Trades Coordination
Organize and schedule visits from plumbers, electricians, and other tradespeople as required.
Ensure that all necessary materials and information are provided to tradespeople before appointments.
Follow up to confirm service completion and customer satisfaction.
Quoting & Invoicing
Prepare accurate and timely quotes for services rendered.
Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring all details are correct.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up as necessary.
Subcontractor Management
Create and manage job orders for subcontractors.
Ensure subcontractors have all necessary information and resources to complete tasks.
Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues that arise.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the trades industry is a plus.
