Are you ready to join an awesome team as our next Customer Service Call Consultant? We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to make outbound calls to clients in the automotive industry.

Position Overview
Full-Time is our preference, but we will consider Permanent Part-Time (minimum 4 days per week) for candidates who are the right fit for our company.
Hours of work: 8am - 4pm or 9:30am, - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: $60,000 plus 11.5% super
This role is office-based only, located on York St in the CBD.
What you'll be doing
Customer Satisfaction Guru: Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and provide feedback for improvement.
Retention Rockstar: Use CRM tools to help clients retain their customers, offering solutions to enhance loyalty and long-term satisfaction.
Sales Superstar:
Make outbound sales calls, promote products and services, and identify upselling opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Handle inquiries, convert leads, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Team Player: Collaborate across departments to support overall business goals and provide seamless service
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment. Alignment with our values is essential, and the successful candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business-to-customer roles within a professional business environment.
Proven customer service experience with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
Tech-savvy skills, able to quickly grasp complex computer systems and use multiple applications simultaneously.
KPI-focused mindset with experience achieving individual and team targets.
Adaptability to flex within a changing work environment and embrace positive participation in change.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and relate well to others.
Empathy and resilience in assisting clients through difficult situations with professionalism.
A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment and contributing where needed.
