Therian is seeking an experienced warehouse and logistics coordinator to join our team in Ashmore, QLD.
This role entails a multifaceted responsibility encompassing both warehouse operations and project logistical functions. The individual will be accountable for efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses to enquiries around logistics and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations: Efficiently process, pick, pack, and ship orders. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock takes, and coordinate with shipping carriers. Ensure a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.

Logistics: Provide timely and professional logistics support via various channels, addressing enquiries related to products, orders, shipping, and returns. Manage all consignments with our logistic partners in the most economic manner, ensuring thorough review of freight options / costs and consolidating where possible. Manage the returns and exchange process and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.

Assist with Project Coordination: Support the various departments with administration duties such as raising purchase orders / invoices and other ad hoc duties. Collaborate with shipping carriers, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project orders.

Required Skills:

Proven track record in warehouse operations and e-commerce

Thorough understanding of both domestic and international logistics, including sea, air and road freight, ideally with a background in logistics coordination or supply chain support

Current forklift and driver’s licence

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient computer skills, inventory management software experience

Excellent communication skills

Physical ability to perform warehouse duties

Critical thinking skills and an initiative-taking approach to improving processes
