They are currently seeking a full-time Logistics Administrator to step into a pivotal role managing freight coordination, documentation compliance, and logistics systems across both domestic and international supply chains. It's an ideal fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is eager to make a meaningful contribution.
Your new role
- Use a forklift to help move goods and support the workshop when needed (training will be provided if you're not certified yet)
- Keep digital records for asset tracking, warranties, and reporting using platforms like SharePoint and Fiix
- Fill out extra paperwork as needed for import/export requirements or special freight applications
- Make sure all shipping paperwork and compliance documents are complete and meet contract standards
- Handle all incoming and outgoing deliveries, making sure everything is logged, packed, tracked, and arrives on time
- Book local and international shipments with freight providers and ensure goods are packed and labelled correctly
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain operations is desirable but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with customs documentation and international shipping processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong administrative skills
