Remuneration: $91,596.52 to $99,839.95 pa + superannuation & leave loading

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Organisation Development Advisor to join our People and Culture team. In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a range of operational and project-based initiatives. Your work will support the design, implementation and evaluation of programs focused on organisational development, learning, diversity and inclusion, and cultural capability. To be successful for this role you will require:

• Tertiary qualification in human resource management, organisational development or related discipline, or relevant experience in organisational development or related field.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and a Corporate Information System.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in designing, implementing and evaluating organisational change initiatives.
• Ability to think creatively and apply innovative approaches to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling and managing compliance training requirements for an organisation.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Valid National Police Check.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
