We’re partnering with a purpose-driven financial services organisation that’s passionate about investing in its people. They’re on the lookout for a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to lead the design and delivery of impactful, future-focused learning initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an L&D professional who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery capability—someone who knows how to build learning that drives engagement and lifts performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Consulting with leaders to assess capability needs and skill gaps
• Designing, developing, and delivering blended learning programs
• Creating scalable content across digital, virtual, and in-person formats
• Facilitating training sessions and coaching to embed learning outcomes
• Managing L&D projects end-to-end with a strong stakeholder lens
• Driving continuous improvement across learning frameworks and tools

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in L&D design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into learning solutions
• Confident project manager with strong attention to detail
• Passion for creating inclusive, human-centred learning experiences
• Exposure to financial services or other complex, regulated environments
• RG271 qualification highly desired, however not mandatory
