The Company
Going Up is one of the largest Australian-owned and operated independent elevator companies—designing, manufacturing, installing, servicing, and modernising lifts along the east coast of Australia.
With a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative team culture, we’re now looking for a Client Solutions Specialist to join our Sydney service team.
This is a full-time, office-based position located at our Head Office in Brookvale, NSW.
The Role
This is a hands-on position for a technically minded professional who thrives on problem-solving and client engagement. Reporting directly to the National Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing escalations across administrative, client, and field service channels.
You’ll work closely with technicians, office staff, and leadership to ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally—while helping drive service quality and communication standards across the board.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted escalation point for service issues affecting key clients or operational delivery.
Liaise with field technicians, admin teams, and clients to ensure clear, timely resolution of issues.
Represent the business in client meetings, phone calls, and written communications—owning follow-through.
Assist the National Service Manager in delivering on KPIs, service quality, and reporting outcomes.
Identify and report on recurring service issues to support process improvements.
Provide continuity and support in the absence of the National Service Manager, including assistance with client handover and contract management.
Work efficiently across multiple platforms to source information
About You
Experience in the elevator industry or a highly technical service environment.
Willingness to undergo on-site training to build technical understanding of our systems, parts, and processes.
Strong communication skills—confident and respectful in dealing with both clients and colleagues.
Professional and composed under pressure, with the ability to manage complex escalations clearly and calmly.
Familiarity with service workflows, job management systems, and the demands of field delivery.
Autonomous, proactive, and outcome-driven—you see problems through to resolution.
