We’re partnering with a high-performing logistics organisation to find an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Solutions Specialist. This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in designing and executing complex supply chain solutions across cold chain, warehousing, freight, and integrated logistics — all while liaising with top-tier clients across Australia and New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and manage key client accounts, uncovering supply chain challenges and delivering tailored logistics solutions.
• Lead end-to-end logistics projects — from concept through to execution — across warehousing, air/sea freight, cold chain, and more.
• Coordinate across multiple departments including IT, operations, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Participate in technical solution design, aligning with global teams while integrating local resources for maximum impact.
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay on top of market trends and client feedback to help shape scalable, client-focused logistics solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• A solid background in the logistics or supply chain sector, with knowledge of cross-border, e-commerce, cold chain, and integrated distribution models.
• Strong experience managing or delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Confident in cross-functional collaboration, time/resource planning, and leading initiatives from the ground up.
• Able to provide examples of past projects where you played a key role in design, implementation, or delivery.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is essential to liaise effectively with both local clients and global teams.
