About the Role:

As the Junior Specification Sales Representative, you’ll support and learn directly from a highly respected senior Specification Manager. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be exposed to the full spectrum of technical sales, project specification, and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll gradually take on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grow, with a clear path to a senior specification role within the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the specification process across major commercial and infrastructure projects.

Assisting with developing and maintaining strong relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Learning to deliver impactful technical presentations, CPDs, and proposal documents.

Helping track projects using CRM platforms to identify new opportunities.

Coordinating closely with internal technical and sales teams to ensure seamless client service and documentation.

Attending site visits, trade shows, and industry events to build your knowledge and network.

Who We’re Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is technically curious, commercially minded, and passionate about the construction industry.

To succeed, you’ll bring:

1–3 years of experience in a B2B and B2C technical sales, and or specification sales roles.

A strong interest in architecture, engineering, or construction – prior industry exposure is a plus but not essential.

Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to build rapport.

Strong organisation, follow-up, and attention to detail.

A proactive, coachable attitude with a desire to learn and grow.

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.

$90,000 – $110,000 base salary + super
