With consistent business growth and a pipeline of exciting projects ahead, they’re seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Representative to help drive continued success across the Greater Sydney region.
About The Role
As the Sales Representative, you'll be the face of the business—building strong client relationships and offering consultative sales support across a portfolio of customised water recycling solutions. You’ll guide clients through the process of identifying water reuse opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver practical, value-driven systems.
Key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
Consultation with clients to understand water usage challenges and sustainability goals
Conducting site assessments and facilitating solution proposals tailored to client needs
Working closely with engineering and operations to ensure technical alignment
Meeting and exceeding revenue targets, while maintaining clear pipeline reporting
Staying up to date and informed of sustainability trends, green certification frameworks, and compliance requirements
About You
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be a driven and consultative B2B sales professional with a genuine interest in sustainability and smart infrastructure. Experience in environmental technology, engineering solutions, or water systems is highly regarded.
Additionally, you will bring:
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close solution-based sales
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex offerings clearly
Confidence in managing a sales cycle from lead through to post-sale engagement
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a customer-first approach
A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel across Greater Sydney
Salary & Benefits
$85,000 to $115,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Commissions
