About the Role
Our Duty Managers are hands-on operational leaders with whole-of-club responsibilities. You’ll lead from the front, mentoring your team, maintaining high service standards, and supporting Club Management.

What We’re Looking For
You’re an energetic leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire others. You’re professional, proactive and thrive in a team environment — but you’re also confident working independently when needed.
To be successful, you’ll need to demonstrate:
· Natural leadership and a strong team ethic
· Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
· Strong service and communication skills across all levels
· In-depth knowledge of bar and gaming operations
· High-level cash handling accuracy
· Sound knowledge of compliance, including WHS and relevant legislation
· Familiarity with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020 & Registered Clubs Act
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in the club/hospitality industry
· Previous Duty Manager or supervisory experience
· Confidence applying club policies (RSA, RCG, anti-discrimination, bullying etc.)
· Valid RSA, RCG & ARCG certifications

About Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club
In 1963 ten men joined together to form the Ryde-Eastwood District Rugby League Football Club, their aspiration to field a football team in first division and to build up support within the community. It wasn’t long before it was realised that to compete at that level would require the support of a licensed club and thus also in 1963 Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club was formed.
