Maxijet Australia, a growing and well-established wholesale company specialising in water pumps and irrigation systems, is seeking a Full-Time Bookkeeper to support our expanding operations.

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced individual who can manage the company’s day-to-day financial functions, including BAS, payroll, and ATO lodgments, while working closely with our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-function accounts: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations

Payroll processing and superannuation lodgments

Preparation and lodgment of BAS, IAS, and PAYG

Maintain financial records and assist with month-end reporting

Inventory and purchasing data entry

Liaising with our external accountant and the ATO

Supporting the Managing Director and Operations Manager with financial insight

About You:

Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience (wholesale or trade industry experience preferred)

Proficient with Xero, MYOB or similar accounting software

Confident in ATO compliance and payroll requirements (STP, Super, BAS)

High attention to detail and strong time management

Professional, trustworthy, and capable of working independently
