🌟 What You'll Be Doing

You’ll take charge of a portfolio of our clients, supporting their bookkeeping and payroll needs — and becoming their go-to finance expert.

Processing weekly payroll and superannuation

Weekly bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking

Accounts payable and receivable

BAS and PAYG preparation

Monthly reporting and financial insights

Supporting internal systems and ensuring everything runs smoothly in QuickBooks & Ordertime

Providing support during audits, reviews, and ad-hoc queries

Helping educate clients so they can better understand and manage their numbers

Inventory control and management

🎯 What We're Looking For

Bookkeeping and payroll experience (bonus points for multi-client environments)

Certificate III in Bookkeeping / Payroll or a relevant accounting qualification

QuickBooks Online experience is essential

Comfortable juggling deadlines and priorities across multiple clients

Fanatical attention to detail — you're the one who spots the $0.01 mismatch

Organised, self-driven, and love working independently and collaboratively

Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and even the occasional emoji ✅
