Due to our growth and an increasing number of projects, we are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Landscape Project Manager to join us. Role Overview
As a Landscape Project Manager at AEL, you will play a key leadership role across a variety of landscape construction and environmental projects. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle — from initial planning and coordination to the successful execution and delivery of high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Be an integral team player from the planning phase through to project execution
Collaborate closely with supervisors, clients, and directors to realize project vision
Lead and manage multiple landscape crews through various tasks and project stages
Track time, labor, and materials to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the entire project
Oversee plant installations and ensure proper horticultural practices are followed
Understand and execute the full scope of work for each project
Coordinate and plan jobs of all sizes, from large-scale to smaller tasks
Manage and resolve any conflicts swiftly and professionally
Conduct regular meetings with office managers and company leadership to update on job progress
Implement high-end landscape designs from start to finish
Bring extensive construction knowledge and experience to each project
Apply advanced project management processes and methods to consistently meet deadlines and budgets
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of landscape construction experience (or related field)
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
Valid driver’s license
Background knowledge of plants, planting methods, and machinery management
A willingness to make yourself available and responsive to clients
Ability to lead and manage multiple teams effectively
Training opportunities available for continuous professional growth
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial, construction, and environmental landscaping
Landscape construction or horticulture-related certifications
