We’re currently recruiting a Strata Manager to join an established and high performing Strata Business located in Brisbane’s Inner West.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level strata professional—or a talented assistant or trainee and or Property Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
About the Role
Depending on your level of experience, you will manage:
- Junior to Mid-Level Portfolio: ~70–80 schemes | 700–800 lots
- Salary: $75K–$85K (commensurate with experience)
- Trainee Portfolio (for up-and-coming candidates): ~30–40 schemes | 200–300 lots
- Salary: Approx. $70K, based on capability and growth potential

We’re currently recruiting a Strata Manager to join an established and high performing Strata Business located in Brisbane’s Northern Suburbs.
This role offers flexibility for junior, mid-level, or even senior candidates, depending on experience.
Portfolio Details
- Junior to Mid-Level: Manage approx. 70–80 schemes and 700–800 lots
- Salary range: $75K–$85K (based on experience)
- Trainee or Assistant Strata Manager: Manage approx. 30–40 schemes and 200–300 lots under guidance
- Salary: Approx. $70K, depending on experience and readiness
- Senior: Scope for a senior candidate to take on a larger role with future leadership opportunities - Salary aligned with experience and leadership potential

You'll be supported by experienced colleagues, structured onboarding, and ongoing mentoring in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + Super

About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Strata Manager to join a high-performing Sunshine Coast team.
This is a hybrid role offering genuine work-life balance, a stable and diverse portfolio, and excellent earning potential.
You’ll be managing a portfolio of approximately 980 lots across a mix of high-rise residential schemes, including large complexes (100+ lots) through to boutique buildings (2–10 lots).
What’s on Offer
- Salary of $85K–$95K + Super, based on experience
- Additional commission of $20K–$30K per year based on performance and referrals
- Flexible hybrid model: 5 days in office and 5 days WFH per fortnight

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in strata management
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio (circa 1,000 lots)
- Strong knowledge of Queensland strata legislation and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
