Are you a recent Civil Engineering graduate ready to apply your skills in the real world?
AWS Services is looking for a Junior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team based in Boronia, Victoria.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering full training and the chance to gain real project experience across a variety of civil, commercial, and remedial works.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting in the preparation of quantity take-offs and project cost estimates

Supporting the Estimating team on tenders and submissions

Learning to review plans, drawings, and project scopes

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Participating in handover processes to construction teams

Gaining a solid foundation in construction methodologies and cost control

What We’re Looking For

A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related degree (Required)

Willingness to travel and work on-site full-time

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Clear communication and a team-oriented mindset

Previous work experience is not necessary – we will train and support you.
