Wicked Campers is a global tour de force in 4WD & Campervan rental and we believe road trips are the best way to holiday!

Due to increased demand, we seek a confident, outgoing, and customer-focused person to join our reservations team.

You will be based at our Brisbane depot in Woolloongabba & we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible. You will be working on a rotating roster, and some weekend work may be required.

What You Will Do

Manage inbound customer/sales enquiries

Provide quotes and process booking requests

Follow up on existing quotes by email, text & call

Process booking confirmations & invoices, ensuring on-time sales fulfilment

Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information.

Respond to queries across a multitude of channels including (but not limited to) Live Chat, Phone, WhatsApp, email & text.

Handle general enquiries, ensuring high levels of service are maintained.

Ensure production output is matched to customer order requirements

Ensure prompt completion of all after-sales documentation

Maintain the customer information database

Perform administrative duties as directed

About You

Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style

A good sense of humor, we are Wicked Campers after all!

Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure

Experience in sales and customer service is highly regarded, although not essential. Full training provided for the right candidate.

Have an eye for detail, be happy to work unsupervised in a team environment, but still deliver on set targets

Fluency in English both written and oral. Speaking either German, Dutch or French is a plus.

Uni students & backpackers are encouraged to apply; however, a 6-month commitment is required to be considered for this role.
