What You’ll Be Doing:

Making outbound calls to warm leads and enquiries

Booking qualified appointments for our sales team

Following up with potential clients via phone, SMS, and email

Assisting with marketing tasks (e.g. social media posts, content ideas, website development, Adobe Creative Suite, data entry)

Updating and maintaining the CRM system

Supporting the sales and marketing team to drive growth and lead flow

Bringing positive energy and initiative to the team every day

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking to clients on the phone

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong attention to detail and organisation

Interest or experience in marketing, design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite), or content creation

Motivated self-starter with a “let’s go!” attitude

Someone eager to learn and grow with the company

Experience in sales, real estate, property, or construction is a bonus (but not required!)
