We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to champion premium interior products across Victoria’s Architecture & Design (A&D) community. From corporate fit-outs to education and government spaces, you'll be working with beautifully crafted, performance-led solutions that bring spaces to life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers across Melbourne and regional VIC.
• Drive specification sales across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, government, and public spaces.
• Deliver engaging CPD presentations and product showcases in design studios and client offices.
• Collaborate closely with builders, project managers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay ahead of design trends and represent the brand at key industry and networking events.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven track record in A&D specification sales within products like textiles, carpet, flooring, paint, acoustics, or furniture.
• A strong network within Victoria’s architectural and design community.
• Confident presentation and communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and solution selling.
• A proactive mindset, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently.
• A passion for high-quality product and creating purposeful, well-designed spaces.
