Lead the National Rollout of a New Power Quality Brand

Join a growing Australian manufacturer at the forefront of power quality innovation.

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager ready to spearhead the national launch of XSync — a new range of Power Factor Correction (PFC), Active Harmonic Filters (AHF), and Static Var Generators (SVG) — hitting the market in the next 4–6 weeks?

This role is ideal for someone commercially sharp, confident presenting to engineers, and experienced in technical sales — but you don’t need to be an engineer yourself. You'll be engaging with consultants, engineers, switchboard builders, electrical contractors, and end users nationwide.

About the Role

You’ll lead the charge in promoting the XSync range nationally. This is a BDM-first role, backed by solid engineering support. Your job is to build strong relationships, open doors, and clearly communicate the value of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with consultants, engineers, contractors, and switchboard builders

Get XSync products specified in project tenders and switchboard designs

Confidently present solutions to both technical and commercial audiences

Collaborate with engineers to shape tailored solutions

Track and manage opportunities through our CRM

Travel interstate as required

What You’ll Need

Strong network in the electrical or consulting space (highly regarded)

Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally technical or engineered products)

Understanding of power systems, harmonics, and reactive power (training provided)

Confidence presenting to technical audiences

Willingness to travel and represent a fast-growing national brand

Engineering background or technical mindset preferred

What’s on Offer

$120K–$140K base salary + super + uncapped commission (OTE $200K+)
