About the Role

Our client is a highly regarded, boutique cyber security consulting firm delivering high-value services to enterprise and government clients. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager to help drive new business, build lasting client relationships, and support the strategic growth of the business.
This role is ideal for a tech-focused sales professional with experience in the IT or consulting space who is ready to take a more specialised step into cyber security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and government sectors.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders such as CISOs and IT decision-makers.
  • Manage and grow newly acquired accounts with a long-term, relationship-focused approach.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support strategic sales planning and service development.

About You

  • Experience in business development or sales within the technology, consulting, or cyber security space.
  • Exposure to cyber security (either directly or as part of a broader IT solution) is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to win new business and grow accounts through strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
