The Role

As a Loan Processor, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growing mortgage broking division, supporting brokers and ensuring our clients receive a seamless and personalised finance experience. You’ll work alongside a team that’s passionate, collaborative, and driven to deliver the best possible outcomes for every client.

What you will be responsible for

• Process home loan applications from submission through to settlement

• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Liaise with brokers, clients, and lenders to ensure a smooth, timely process

• Manage application updates and keep all stakeholders informed

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

To be Successful

You will be proactive, organised, and genuinely care about delivering great client outcomes. You’ll also bring:

· Experience in loan processing, finance or broking support role

· Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· A high level of commercial acumen and integrity

· The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

· A confident, customer-first approach and a drive to succeed
