About the Role
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role supporting senior consultants across every stage of the home loan process—from initial handover through to settlement and beyond. Acting as a central point of contact, you'll work closely with lenders, referral partners, conveyancers, and clients to keep deals moving, pipelines managed, and communication clear.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers, and referral partners throughout the loan lifecycle

Manage applications from submission through to settlement, including post-settlement requests

Provide accurate servicing assessments and assist with documentation reviews

Resolve issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Manage pricing requests, discharges, and policy clarifications

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity

Proactively support consultants by keeping pipelines organised and on track

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in mortgage broking support, lending operations, or customer service

Familiarity with major lender policies (ANZ, Westpac, NAB, Macquarie, etc.)

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Strong communication skills with a client-first attitude

Experience using Mercury, AoL, or similar systems (highly regarded)

Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking or FBAA/MFAA accreditation (preferred)
