Purpose of the Role

To support the successful delivery of commercial plumbing and civil projects by coordinating documentation, scheduling, procurement, and communication. This role assists senior managers and ensures internal systems are followed to keep projects on time, within budget, and compliant with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resourcing

Maintain and update job folders, markups, and documentation

Support procurement and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors

Track variations and assist with preparation of claims

Communicate with builders, clients, and internal teams as directed

Ensure all project documents follow internal SOPs and are kept up to date

Use software platforms including Simpro, Teamwork, and Office 365 to support daily operations

Attend internal project meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks

Support the transition of completed works to final claim/handover stage

Identify process improvements and contribute to better project outcomes

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Tech-savvy and confident using cloud-based systems

Reliable, punctual, and professional in all dealings

Qualifications & Experience

1–3 years' experience in project coordination, site support, or admin within construction or plumbing

Trade background (optional) or strong understanding of commercial construction environments

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Simpro (or similar), and cloud-based file management

Valid driver’s licence

Salary

$75,000–$90,000 + super, based on experience
