A leading food and beverage manufacturer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver capital projects across two key production facilities in Victoria. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team driving operational excellence across high-volume manufacturing sites.

The Opportunity

This role will see you lead end-to-end capital project delivery, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, production, quality, and health & safety. You’ll manage projects from concept and business case development through to execution, commissioning, and post-project review.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet performance, quality, safety, and budget expectations while supporting strong site engagement and long-term operational ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of capital project delivery across multiple manufacturing sites
• Develop and maintain project charters, structures, and implementation roadmaps
• Oversee technical solutions, procurement, contractor management, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and food safety standards
• Partner with site operations to embed project ownership and long-term success
• Drive continuous improvement through project close-outs and lessons learned

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a solid mix of technical, commercial, and leadership expertise within a manufacturing environment.

You will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related field
• Strong experience in capital project management within FMCG or food manufacturing
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across operations and technical teams
• Sound knowledge of total cost of ownership, risk management, and quality control
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
