Kleencut Solutions are looking for a Project Manager to work in with our Installation team working in a wide variety of architectural metalwork projects including perforated screening, Balustrades, Aluminium Cladding & Battens, Automated Gates, Louvre Screening, Decorative Fencing and more!

We are a close team looking to expand our capabilities on-site, to achieve better time frames and higher quality output for our customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced and seasoned Project Manager to oversee our projects.

Reporting to the Production Manager and Director, your responsibilities include:

• Project, measure & liaise with Draftsman, CA & Project Manager
• Effective communication with clients and suppliers
• Project Planning and Scheduling
• Contract Verification and Correspondence
• Variation Control and Review
• Interpretation of Architectural Documentation
• Coordination of Procurement & Installation
• Relationship management with clients & builders

About the Role

Committed to safety, quality and the environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Project Management team to ensure company objectives for safety, customer satisfaction, quality, revenue, profitability and timely delivery are met.

Skills and experience

Prefer a trade background. Must be able to deal with Tier 1 & 2 builders, understand the safety requirements and be able to assist in the general running of the job including transport, ordering and general planning of resources.

All applicants MUST HAVE the following attributes to be successful in this role:

• The ability to accurately measure up an area for metal fabrication
• A very keen eye for detail
• Their own comprehensive set of tools is preferred but not essential
• Their own work vehicle
• Experience in the use of a wide variety of tools
• Experience working with Aluminium and Steel
• High level of presentation for Excellent interpersonal skills with both Customer and fellow team members

To be considered for the role you will ideally possess

• Min 3-4 years’ experience Project Managing within construction/manufacturing/site measure.
• Experience working within the Steel / Aluminium Fabrication sector crucial.
• Understanding of Building/Construction practices.
• Project build value of between -$20k to $1 million each project
• Must be able to read & interpret architectural drawings.
• Ability to make decisions.
• High level of organisational skills and extremely motivated.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Computer skills essential

Competitive salary, expected to be in the $110k - $120K range plus performance bonuses
