About the Role:

Enjoy a well-rounded and supported Property Manager role:

• Manage a clean portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties
• Full team support from a Leasing Consultant, BDM, and Admin Assistant
• No weekend work – Monday to Friday only
• Flexible hours – choose a schedule that suits you, like 9am–4pm or 10am–5pm
• Parking provided

About You:

We’re looking for someone who brings the right mix of experience and personality:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Residential Property Manager
• Holds a current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Confident and organised, with a professional approach
• Easy-going and friendly, with a great sense of humour
• Strong communicator who builds great relationships with landlords and tenants
• Pride in service delivery and always aims to go the extra mile
• Current drivers license

• Salary up to $85K + Super
• Additional incentives taking OTE to $103K
• Flexible start and finish times (e.g. 9am–4pm or 10am–5pm)
