Banana Bathrooms is looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable Administration Superhero to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and has a strong attention to detail.
the Role:
Banana Bathrooms is a fast-paced bathroom renovation business focusing on customer service and delivering beautiful bathrooms for our clients. We offer a brand new, state of the art showroom with 18 display bathrooms in Broadmeadow. As our Administration Officer, you’ll be the go-to person for all things admin. From managing day-to-day office operations to supporting the wider team, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.
The role is full time; Monday-Thursday 9-5pm, Friday 9-2pm and Saturday 9-12pm, with an immediate start for the right person!
The administration role will include, but not limited to the following duties:
Answering and directing all phone calls & emails.
Greeting customers as they enter the showroom.
Communication to, and within, our team.
Daily administration to support sales staff, including file creation and management.
Contract administration support.
Operating & maintaining the Banana Bathrooms booking calendar.
Email & mail distribution and management.
Administration support to the management team.
About You:
A great communicator with a fantastic personality - a people person!
Eager to learn and a willingness to seek out ways to assist the team.
Have an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
Able to multitask, be flexible to the demand of our busy office, and prioritise customer’s needs.
Have strong organisational and time management skills.
