Electrical cabinets, balustrading & handrails

Architectural facades and perforated screens

Custom gates, fencing & construction metalwork

The Role:

You will:

Lead your technical team to deliver fabrication solutions to customers

Lead customer communication and problem solving

Coordinate the delivery of fabrication projects

Coordinate priorities and direct workshop production

Coordinate estimating and drafting teams

Ensuring strong safety and quality outcomes

Coordinate maintenance & operational excellence across machinery and workflow

About You:

We’re looking for a capable and confident Lead Project Engineer who can lead from the front. You'll bring:

A relevant engineering qualification

An intelligent project management style to leading this team

workshop experience or exposure to fabrication environment

Demonstrated team leadership experience

Strong communication skills, written and verbal,

Solid computer skills; some drafting experience would be a bonus

Exposure / experience to quoting/estimating would be ideal not essential
