We are growing and need you to specialise in the recruitment, administration and events coordination side of our services. We are a supportive team who value each other and help each other be ‘Strivey’ every day. Here’s what the role includes:
Recruitment
Approximately 70% of this role is recruiting amazing talent for our amazing Strivers and we have a proven system you can follow
You will make recommendations on which candidates Strivers should hire based on your zoom interviews with candidates
Please note, we do not provide recruitment services based on commission, we are all about getting the right person for the right role
Events, Education and Administration
Coordinate our training events for our Strivers including but not limited to our workshops and our Annual Striver Conference
Assist in creating and posting educational content on our online training portal, sending regular updates to Strive members
Being a team player by taking on additional responsibilities as needed
Executive assistance to the Director as required
Key Stakeholders
Report to our Head of Consulting (ANZ)
Indirectly report to our Company Director
Liaise with our consulting and digital teams
About You

You are an Australian Citizen or NZ Citizen residing in Australia
Technical skills and Education:
Savvy with technology such as Google Sheets, Canva, Zoom, Slack, online project management tools Gmail and Mac computers
Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in an administration or coordination role
Experience with interviewing candidates
Dental/Orthodontic industry experience is a plus
Hours:
Generally, the start time is 9am with a finish time of 5/5.30pm. However, this will vary depending on candidates’ availability for interviews which will require you to interview candidates on Zoom after 5.30pm.
Monday to Friday
We hold approximately three one day Striver events per year and one two day conference per year. The location will vary locally, interstate or internationally. You may or may not be required to attend all events depending on the needs of the business at the time.
Location:
As this is work from home, you need to be comfortable with being a self starter and proactively communicating your progress with team mates. We love to be busy and we appreciate others who work hard too and stay available for questions throughout the day no matter how small or how quick.
Preferably you are located on the East side of Australia, to allow you to communicate easily with our Strivers all over Australia and New Zealand
